Sabar kalika sadhana for protection

This is a Shabar Kalika Mantra, which explains said to be a Rahasyamaya Mantra, meaning a Mantra, which contains many invisible tips. The Tantra further states that these tips are only be discovered only to the sadhak who chants the Mantra with full devotion; This Kalika Mantra is considered to get rid of all potential issues, as well as psychological, bodily and material of the someone who is is practicing the Mantra Chanting frequently.

There isn't a Sadhana for gaining Mastery over this Mantra, which signifies the outcome of the Mantra will come to the surface over a period of time by practicing it frequently. Also there is no mention about the number of suggested Mantra Chants or any that individual form of Kalika Maata Worship, which again shows that the sadhak can begin the Mantra Chanting as per his desires.

There is only one suggested law shown in the Tantra for using the Sadhana, which would be to blow your breath across your chest, while chanting the Mantra. This is believed to create a defensive field of energy levels all around the body and its aura.
