Dhanteras pooja samagri

Dhanteras, Lakshmi - the Mata of wealth - is worshiped to offer prosperity and nicely being. It is usually the day for celebrating wealth, because the phrase 'Dhan' actually means wealth and 'Tera' arrives from the date 13th.
Within the night, the lamp is lit and Dhan-Lakshmi is welcomed into the house. Alpana or Rangoli styles are haggard on pathways together with the mata' footprints to mark the arrival of Lakshmi. Aartis or devotional hymns are sung eulogizing Mata Lakshmi and sweets and fruits are supplied to her.
